I'm a data-driven strategist and technologist with 20+ years of experience leading high-impact initiatives across network engineering, network infrastructure optimization and deployments, and advanced analytics. My work blends deep quantitative modeling with real-world execution: I’ve designed forecasting platforms that guided over $400M in capital investment, built simulation environments that accelerated network deployments, system models and digital twins, and introduced machine learning models that reshaped strategic decision-making.  I also work to align closely with standards and industry groups such as 3GPP, O-RAN, ETSI and others.
